Nancy Pellegrino is a Certified Health Coach, Gut Health Specialist, and Energy Healing Practitioner who brings over 35 years of experience guiding transformation as a teacher, mentor, and advocate.

For 30 years, she worked in Montessori education, followed by 5 years as a Reading Specialist, supporting individuals in developing focus, confidence, and resilience. Throughout her career, Nancy integrated mindfulness, movement, and nervous system awareness into her work — helping others not only succeed intellectually, but also feel grounded, calm, and connected within themselves.

Today, Nancy brings that depth of experience into her work with adults through her Nervous System Intelligence Reset Method™ — a powerful blend of coaching, nervous system regulation, and energy healing.
